About Us

Originally from Maryland, Kevin and Sarah Bowlin moved out to West Virginia  in December of 2012 for an amazing job offer. Homesick at first, they soon fell in love with their new home and surrounding community.

For years, Kevin and Sarah had been dreaming of opening their own business. They realized that whatever they decided to do would have to be something they enjoy day in and day out. They also wanted to do something which could help give back and reach out to the community. So, in 2014 with over 25 years of business, banking, and management experience, they knew it was time for a change. Time to get back to a purpose of "thinking small", "relating small", and caring as a small business should.

As avid consignment shoppers themselves, they decided it was a  perfect fit. Upon getting to know the staff and customers at ETC Consignment they quickly recognized that they were out of this world with loyalty and care. Which only further reassured them that ETC Consignments was the best decision they could have ever made.
